15-Day Guarantee & Return Policy
 At CFS Products, we aim to please. All of the equipment and supplies that we sell are covered under our 15-Day Guarantee. You can return your product for ANY reason within the first 15-days for a full refund (less the return shipping charges), no exceptions!
During the first 15 days be sure to hold on to all original packing material and paperwork. If after contacting us it is determined that the product(s) must be shipped back, all items must be returned in their original packaging and received in "like new" condition to receive a full refund, less shipping.
To Arrange for a Return:
1. Save all of the original packing material.
2. Contact CFS at 1-888-237-3221 within 15 days from receipt. CFS will attempt to resolve any technical issues. If unresolved, a return authorization number will be assigned. A credit will not be issued for any returns sent back without a Return Authorization.
3. If defective or an error on CFS' part - we will arrange for pre-paid return shipping.
- if returning for any reason on the than above, we ask that you ship the product back (at your cost) to the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form. It is your responsibility to ship the product back and you MUST INSURE the freight for the full, original purchase price.
4. Upon receiving the returned product and meeting this criteria, CFS will refund you within 30 days.
*NOTES:
At CFS' discretion, we may decline your refund or may charge you a restocking fee for any missing items, or for items that are determined damaged or require service due to any misuse or obvious abuse.
Credits will not be issued for any returns sent back without a Return Authorization number.
If the above terms of this return policy are not met, a 20% restocking charge may be applied.
