Ledco Premier 4 25" Roll Laminator
The Ledco Premier 4 Roll Laminator is a feature-packed, commercial grade laminator capable of sealing items up to 25" wide. Features include separate speed/heat adjustment controls, external pressure adjustment, a 4-fan air cooling system, teflon coated heat shoes, and adjustable, in-line slitters on both sides to trim away excess film.
The Premier 4 was made specifically for copy and print shops, business service centers, laminating services, school supply stores, sign/banner shops, in-house graphics departments, and other commercial users with similar needs.
Setup and threading on the Premier 4 is extremely easy! The top idler is guarded from the top heat shoe for safety and easy threading, and the bottom idler is attached to the feed tray. Once the upper and lower webs of film have been run through the machine, bottom idler threading is automatic when the operator puts the feed tray on the machine. The laminating pressure is spring loaded and preset, but easily adjusted via the knob on the side of the machine. Additionally, the supply roll applies tension to the film to assure wrinkle-free laminating.
