New from Martin Yale, the Intimus 2051 Smartfold boasts the ability to fold up to a 12” x 18” sheet size, super fast speeds and the ability to fold some card stocks, all with the ease of simple push button controls. Save valuable production and setup time by using the electronic control panel to select your paper size and fold type. The 2051 folder has 7 common fold types preprogrammed and allows you to store 10 of your custom fold patterns. The large LCD display along with lighted button controls offer visual feedback for quick learning & minimal setup.
Variable speed controls allow folding speeds between 3,000 and 15,000 sheets per hour. A high capacity feed table holds up to 500 sheets of 20 lb. bond and there is no need to make adjustments when switching to another paper thickness. Intimus built into the 2051 Smartfold, fully enclosed fold gate tables for reduced noise. The manual feed bypass allows hand feeding for folding sets of up to 4 sheets. Added features such as a sheet counter and batch programming allow this folder to meet a variety of your production demands. The 2051 paper folder is an ideal and flexible solution for in-plant print shops/copy shops.
