Plockmatic offers a new and wide range of finishing solutions in the light production and entry level markets. Solutions that are specially geared towards the copy shop/quick printer market, the in-plant market – both as CRD and walk-up and the non-professional market.   In these segments documents are primarily printed on digital engines but also on duplicators and, to some extent, on offsets. In early 2008 a completely new range of hybrid feeders/collators, the 510 Series, has been launched to meet the demanding requirements from these customer segments. A new standard is set that radically improves your work flow and efficiency.

The 510 Series is based on a 10 station high capacity bin tower structure with center registration. Four different models are available: The C 510 Collator, the CF 510 Collator-Feeder hybrid, the AC 510 Collator with air separation, and the ACF 510



Collator-Feeder hybrid with air separation.  They feed up to 4000 sets in collator mode or up to 7000 sheets in feeder mode. We offer maximum flexibility – regardless if you start with a basic model - you can always upgrade to the higher levels.

A new large size LCD display with easy to understand menus similar to the well proven VF 1008 user interface.  Depending on which of the 510 models you have, start by choosing feeder or collator mode, select type of finishing,set air flow (if applicable), hit the proof button and you are ready to go. Save frequent jobs in the memory and check statistics about jobs previously run. Adjust speed and overlap if needed to optimize productivity.

Unlike all other friction feed systems on the market, Plockmatic’s new 510 ACF models offer a unique air separation system. Each and all bins have fans blowing air into the stack from two sides that radically improves the feeding of statically charged or normally hard to feed stock. The air separation in the 510 Series lifts the feeding ability of digitally printed stock in a friction feed system to a new level. It is now close to the normally recommended vacuum feed systems but at a fraction of the cost.
