The Velo Debinder tool is used to remove the binding strips from already-velo-bound documents. After the element has been reheated in the VeloBind machine, use the tool to easily remove the strip. Just insert one end of the back strip and pull it through, the blade severs all of the prongs' connections with the backer strip.
