Baum B12M Paper Folder (Manual setup)
The Baum B12M paper folder is an affordable folding solution for any mid volume production needs. Setup is easy, just move the fold gates to the pre-marked fold style and paper size settings. Then set the delivery/stacker wheels.
A variable speed control allows up to 15,500 pieces per hour that collect on the telescoping outfeed delivery tray – holding up to 500 folded sheets before needing unloading Automatic fault detection stops the folder operation in the event of paper jams. The AutoBatch feature allows you to enter a number of sheets to be folded, then it halts once it reaches that number until you start it again.
The Baum B12M is perfect for churches, schools, in-plant reprographics departments or any facility needing to fold a few common job types without he need for automatic setup.
An optional feature is the top loading, multi-sheet feeder for manual insertion of up to 3 sheets (loose or stapled) allowing folding all together as a set – similar to multi-page statements where all the pages are folded in on each other.
