Billing for online orders is 100% safe and secure using SSL encryption security standards. On Account / Purchase Orders
Easy payment convenience for frequent purchases using a charge account is available upon approval. You can order using your CFS account number and your purchase order number during the checkout process. Simply print out and fill in the credit application available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (requires free Acrobat Reader). Then mail it to the address listed on it. For faster approval you may fax it to 805-925-1033, but the signed original must still be mailed to CFS. If you would like to request an application faxed to you, just call us toll-free at the number listed below.
School / Government Purchase Orders
We gladly accept purchase orders from k-12 schools, accredited universities and state or federal agencies / offices without the need for a credit application approval process. There's no paperwork to fill out - just send us your purchase order, and we'll get right on it. Be sure to include contact, billing and shipping information. Purchase orders can be faxed to 805-925-1033.
Tax Exemption & Resale
We are required by law to charge sales tax to deliveries going to any of the following states including California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida and Michigan. If your organization or business is exempt from sales tax, or if you are reselling the items and have a valid re-sellers permit, please call us at (888) 237-3221 to remove sales tax from your order.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact CFS immediately via email or phone 1-888-237-3221. If you placed your order online, please have the last 5 numbers of your order number ready before contacting us. Keep in mind that most orders are processed and shipped out that same or next business day.
If you have received a coupon code or a CFS Frequent Buyer discount code, you may enter it during the checkout process and your discount will automatically be applied.
