Each kit includes top & bottom mounting poles/rods for banners of nearly any height that are to be mounted on a street pole. Constructed of white fiberglass, the rods can be trimmed down for less wide banners. Also includes two each of: aluminum mounting brackets, adjustable pole clamp straps, key rod pins and end caps.
