Schools, universities and government offices often ask if they can place an order with CFS using a purchase order or get invoiced net 30 day payment terms. We gladly accept PO's from any educational institution or government entities like a school, university, city, county, state or federal office. Another question usually follows: "How can I place an order/get you a purchase order? So we've detailed the options in this post.
Ordering online is easy with CFS. When you reach the Billing Information screen during checkout, just select Purchase Order* from the 'Pay Using Credit Card' drop down menu. That's right, the purchase order payment method is located in the credit card drop down menu. It's a limitation of our current ecommerce platform - that will change this year, but that's another post that we'll touch on later. Choosing this payment option forces the checkout process to override the need for entering a credit card.
Our systems interact with accounts using the business/organization name, so there is no account number you need to remember, just place orders under your company name.
Of course, we also accept orders via the traditional methods of years past or any other way you can get them to us - although smoke signals are difficult to interpret with all the wind we get here. Here's a list of other methods that work for ordering:
