Get a replacement for your passport system for the duration of its 1 year defective parts factory warranty. We will 'hot swap' a replacement camera or printer should either require factory service. We send you a return label and take care of dealing with the manufacturer.
Our passport system comes with a 1 year manufacturer defective parts warranty. While that coverage is great, you do need to send your camera or printer to the manufacturer's service center, and this will leave you unable to create passport photos. Our Hot Swap service plan alleviates some of this inconvenience, we will send you a replacement camera or printer along with a return label for your current one. Then, we handle all the warranty service communication and shipping to the manufacturer. It's great peace of mind and helps minimize downtime for your passport printing.
