Our passport system comes with a 1 year defective parts warranty from Canon. While that coverage is great, you do need to send your camera or printer to Canons service center and this will leave you unable to create passport photos. Our Hot Swap service plan alleviates some of this inconvenience we will send you a replacement camera or printer along with a return label for your current one. Then we handle all of the warranty service communication and shipping to Canon. Its great peace of mind and helps minimize down time for your passport printing.
