Customers requesting tax-exempt status must submit valid exemption documentation and receive confirmation from CFS Products before placing orders on our website.
Once an order is submitted with sales tax applied, the tax is automatically reported and remitted through our tax processing system.
CFS Products is unable to refund sales tax on completed taxable orders after checkout.
Please ensure your tax-exempt status has been approved prior to placing your order.
Important Notes:
Tax exemption is not applied retroactively to completed orders.
We cannot refund sales tax on your order after it has been processed.
Customers placing orders by credit card/web checkout are responsible for confirming tax-exempt status before submitting payment.
For customers placing PO (Purchase Order) requests without immediate payment, orders submitted prior to tax-exempt approval may need to be cancelled and resubmitted after the account has been updated.
