Now you may think the red-capped lever gives it the appearance of a toy slot machine, but its looks are deceiving, this is a very rugged and capable tool!
Is it easier to use than our popular handheld passport photo cutter? Well, I'd have to say, "Most definitely yes!" The cutter itself is rather heavy so it stays put and the rubber feet keep it from sliding when in use. Once your photo is positioned and aligned in the cut window, a quick pull of the lever pops your perfectly trimmed photo right out. The lever pulls smoothly and doesn't require heavy force to make the cut.
