Like most offices, we use 3-Ring Binders at our CFS desks for quick access to frequently used information and we need to have those labeled for easy identification. So we measured the front cover and spine overlay slots for our own printed inserts. That meant measuring over and over, then sometimes tweaks to the trimmed down sizes.
