Here’s another frequent question that we often get over the phone or on our live chat help utility: “Where are you guys located?” Most of the time this actually means that the person asking is wondering where their items would ship from if they were to order from us. The answer's not really that simple. I answer by saying, "We're in California, but we ship from several locations. Where are you calling from?" Then, dependent upon what items you're looking for, I can then tell you where they would ship from and approximately how long they'd take to arrive.
