Some shipments are split from multiple warehousesWe have probably all been there at one time. You place an order online and you get a package delivered. Tearing into the box with the anticipation of a young child on Christmas morning, you look inside... then, it hits you. Something's missing, all of the items you ordered are not in the box. Your mind starts processing so many questions. Why did they leave it out? What if it's lost? Did I order al the items that I need?

We're brave enough to admit when ordering from CFS Binding Supplies this could happen to you. Why? It's not because we chose to pick on you. It happens when multiple items are on an order that ship from several different warehouses. In order to keep costs down and our prices low, we have some items strategically ship from various warehouse or in some cases direct from the manufacturers. It usually doesn't take any longer to ship versus us stocking everything here - the relationships we have cultivated with our vendors allows us to get most items shipped out the same day.

That said, it is possible your order will arrive in two or more shipments. We do our best to keep all the tracking numbers for your orders updated, but sometimes technology is faster than we can click and type and it may take a day or so to get additional tracking details.
